By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

SwiftCuts provides professional video editing services, including long-form and short-form video edits, subtitles, audio exports, and packaging, on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions

• The Monthly Partnership is $1,999/month and includes unlimited editing requests (one active at a time)

• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion

Delivery

• Turnaround is typically 2–5 business days per request

• Revisions are unlimited, though we aim to get it right the first time

• Delivery is via our project dashboard and email

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Timely upload of video assets

• Clear instructions and branding materials

• Feedback within reasonable timeframes

Ownership

You retain full rights to your original content. We claim no ownership over your assets. Completed edits are yours once delivered and paid for in full.

We may ask to showcase work on our portfolio with your permission.

Limitations

We do not guarantee performance outcomes (e.g., audience growth or revenue). We also do not offer:

• Custom motion graphics

• Script writing or creative direction (unless agreed upon in writing)

Liability

SwiftCuts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
